Jasmine Laundry - Premises
400sq metres of purpose built laundry space with two floors of production/adminstration layout.
The new Jasmine Laundry facility was constructed by local contractors ahead of schedule and opened September 14th 2007.
“Our primary main aim was to provide an efficient environment where our staff would enjoy their work and that the layout was well considered to allow for further expansion and seasonal peaks and troughs of demand,” said Budi Harianto, Owner of Jasmine Laundry. “With just one look at our bright green and white facility we want people to see for themselves just how much we care about the quality of the work we do”
"Secondly we wanted to ensure we took maximum advantage of natural cooling (laundries are notoriously hot houses and uncomfortable for staff). The roof structure allows for good wind thoroughfare and helps keep Jasmine Laundry staff fresh.
Thirdly, we worked closely with our advisors at ECOLAB to ensure the minimum harmful effect on the local agricultural water table. This has been achieved and now 100% of our grey water is safe enough for introduction into the local padi field water supply system."
A bespoke computer software package has also been written especially for Jasmine Laundry to ensure that the maximum efficiency and I.T is available to the management. This includes full day by day project analysis, accounting, staff payroll and personal records, and also email communication with most clients.
